HSBC Internet Banking Transfer Guidelines

What is online banking transfer?

Online banking transfer is a way of depositing funds. Users obtain the bank payee information of Long Bridge HK Limited through Longbridge App, transfer funds through mobile banking or online banking, and then upload the transfer voucher to the Longbridge App.

Notice:

We recommend that users give priority to using online banking transfer to deposit funds into the HSBC receiving account of the Long Bridge HK Limited. If remittance is made through methods such as automatic transfer, ATM/counter, cheque, and Standing Instruction, there may be a long arrival time or the situation of non-arrival.

Online Banking Transfer

The user transfers funds through online banking to the Long Bridge HK Limited. Please keep a screenshot of the remittance voucher when the remittance is completed.

Deposit transfer feePlease refer to the actual fees charged by banks. Long Bridge HK Limited doesn't charge fees.
Arrive timeThe transfer between HK counterparts will arrive within 2 hours at the fastest. For inter-bank transfers in Hong Kong, it is estimated that it will take 1-3 working days to arrive. The specific time is subject to the bank.

Mobile Banking

1. Download the Banking App in the mobile App Store or App Store, and log in.

2.Log in to the HSBC App, enter the homepage and select [Pay&Transfer], click [Other local payees/FPS] to select the beneficiary who needs to remit.

3. Select the bank account for remittance and click to check.

4. Click "Pay someone new".

5. Click "Select a method", and then click "Account Number" after the drop-down pop-up box is displayed.

 6. Fill in the account number of the remitting bank, and check "Add to the payee list". For specific information of the receiving bank, please refer to the introduction of the receiving bank information at the beginning of this article. After filling in, click the "Continue" button;

7. Enter the transfer amount and submit it. It is recommended to select the effective date as now.

8.Confirm and submit the transfer application after completing the form.

9. [Important] In order to ensure the timeliness of the payment, please save a screenshot of the remittance to your mobile phone (or take a photo) when the remittance is completed, and then upload it through the Longbridge App.

Online Banking

1.Log in to HSBC online banking, After selecting「HSBC online banking」, perform security verification

2.After entering the PC online banking page, select「My banking - account dashboard」, select「Move money」.

3.If you need to select Select [New payee] under「 Pay or Transfer] for the first remittance, you can directly select [My payees] for the next remittance. After entering the details page, enter the payee information, and click「Continue」after the input is complete.

4.Fill in the transfer currency and transfer amount, and Fill in your Longbridge Integrated A/C number and name, such as:H123456 XIAOHUA

5.After checking the information, select "Continue", and after the security verification, it prompts that the remittance is completed.

6. [Important] In order to ensure the timeliness of the payment, please save a screenshot of the remittance to your mobile phone (or take a photo) when the remittance is completed, and then upload it through the Longbridge App.

Notice

  1. Customers need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number or email address and a newly issued certificate with their bank.
  2. Long Bridge HK Limited cannot accept incoming funds from third party, and can only accept funds originating from a bank account held in the same name registered with us. Otherwise, the cost of refund will be borne by the customer.
  3. Bank may take a certain amount of time to process the remittance, and the "remitted" notification from bank does not mean that Long Bridge HK Limited has received the money. And funds are subject to settlement and approval upon receipt. Please be informed that Banks and Long Bridge HK Limited do not handle remittance during Hong Kong Public Holidays, so extra time is needed.
  4. Long Bridge HK Limited does not accept direct cash deposits at this moment.
