Wire transfer is a deposit method of Longbridge App. Transfers within the same bank are expected to arrive within 2 hours, while interbank transfers may take 1–3 working days. The fee depends on the remitting bank. Below is the specific operation process.

Operation process

Step 1. Go to the Longbridge App > Portfolio > Deposit, select deposit currency and a Hong Kong bank card, click Internet Banking Transfer, and view the recipient bank information.

Step 2. Perform transfer operations via your bank's mobile app or website, and keep a screenshot of the proof of remittance.

Step 3. [Important] To ensure timely processing, please save a screenshot (or take a photo) of the proof of remittance and upload it via the Longbridge App.

Notes

1. You need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number, email address, and up-to-date identity documents with your banks.
2. The name on the bank account used for the transfer must match the name on your Longbridge securities account. You cannot use another person's bank accounts for transfers, and joint bank accounts are currently not supported for deposits. Any refund fees incurred due to non-compliance will be borne by you.
3. It takes time for the bank to process the transfer. Bank notifications stating "transfer initiated"do not indicate immediate receipt by Longbridge Securities. Settlement and approval are required after the funds arrive in Longbridge Securities. Banks and Longbridge Securities do not process transfers during Hong Kong public holidays. Please allow sufficient time for processing.
4. Longbridge Securities currently does not accept direct cash deposits.
5. When binding your bank account number, pay attention to the last digit of the number.**ICBC (Asia) integrated account manages multiple sub-accounts with one account number, and the type of the sub-account is indicated by the last digit of your account number. Please note that Longbridge currently does not support binding the integrated account (usually ending with 0) for deposits and withdrawals. Only sub-accounts are supported, as listed below:

• 「1」: HKD current account
• 「2」: HKD savings account
• 「3」: multi-currency savings account
• 「4」: time deposit account
• 「5」: USD current account
• 「6」: CNY current account (only applicable to services activated in Hong Kong that include CNY sub-accounts)
• 「7」: CNY savings account (only applicable to services activated in Hong Kong that include CNY sub-accounts)
• 「8」: HKD passbook savings account
• 「9」: HKD current account

(The above applies to integrated accounts, "e-Age Banking" Accounts, and Elite Club Accounts.)
