How to complete a wire transfer? (Citibank)

Wire transfer is a deposit method for Longbridge Securities. Transfers within the same bank are expected to arrive within 2 hours, while interbank transfers may take 1–3 working days. Longbridge Securities does not charge any fees, but the bank card may incur costs. You need to obtain recipient information from the Longbridge App, complete the transfer via mobile or online banking, and then upload the proof of transfer. Step 2. Go to the Citibank App > Transfer > New Account.

Step 3. On the Local Payees tab, choose Local Non-Citibank Account in the Payee type section, enter information on the following page, and click Continue.

Note: To ensure timely processing, please save a screenshot (or take a photo) of the proof of remittance and upload it via the Longbridge App.

Notes

  1. You need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number, email address, and up-to-date identity documents with your banks.
  2. The name on the bank account used for the transfermust match the name on your Longbridgeaccount. You cannot use another person's bank accounts for transfers, and joint bank accounts are currently not supported for deposits. Any refund fees incurred due to non-compliance will be borne by you.
  3. It takes time for the bank to process the transfer. Bank notifications stating"transfer initiated"do not indicate immediate receipt by Longbridge. Settlement and approval are required after the funds arrive in Longbridge. Banks and Longbridge do not process transfers during Hong Kong public holidays. Please allow sufficient time for processing.
  4. Longbridgecurrently does not accept direct cash deposits.
