How to complete a wire transfer deposit? (non-Hong Kong bank card)

Wire transfer is a deposit method that only supports cross-border bank cards. Funds usually arrive in 2–5 working days, with fees charged by the bank. You need to obtain recipient information, transfer funds via mobile or online banks, and upload transfer proof. Below are detailed steps, key information, and notes.

Notes

  1. You need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number, email address, and up-to-date identity documents with your banks.
  2. The transfer must be initiated from a bank account under the same name as the Longbridgeaccount. Transfers from third-party accounts will be rejected, and refund fees will be borne by you.
  3. It takes time for the bank to process the transfer. Bank notifications of "transfer initiated" do not indicate immediate receipt by Longbridge. Settlement and approval are required after the funds arrive. Banks and Longbridgedo not process transfers during Hong Kong public holidays. Please plan transfers accordingly.
  4. Direct cash deposits are not accepted.
  5. Transfers from Chinese mainland-issued bank cards will be automatically rejected. The incurred handling fee will not be refunded and will be borne by you.
