You need to obtain recipient information from the Longbridge App, complete the transfer via mobile or online banking, and then upload the proof of transfer to the Longbridge App. Below are the specific operation process, arrival time, fees, and notes, using ZA Bank mobile banking as an example.

Wire transfer process

Step 1. Obtain recipient information.

Step 2. Go to the ZA Bank App > Transfer > Account No.

Step 3. Fill in the recipient details and ensure the Register Payee option is enabled. Click Confirm to go to the next page, enter the transfer amount, complete the swipe verification, and submit.

Step 4. Review the information for accuracy, then confirm and complete the transfer.

Step 5. Submit the deposit request on the Longbridge App

Notes

1. You need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number, email address, and up-to-date identity documents with your banks.
2. The name on the bank account used for the transfermust match the name on your Longbridge securities account. You cannot use another person's bank accounts for transfers, and joint bank accounts are currently not supported for deposits. Any refund fees incurred due to non-compliance will be borne by you.
3. It takes time for the bank to process the transfer. Bank notifications stating "transfer initiated"do not indicate immediate receipt by Longbridge Securities. Settlement and approval are required after the funds arrive in Longbridge Securities. Banks and Longbridge Securities do not process transfers during Hong Kong public holidays. Please allow sufficient time for processing.
4. LongbridgeSecurities currently does not accept direct cash deposits.
