Here you'll find quick answers to common questions about crypto trading.

1. How do I enter the crypto channel in the App?

Go to the App > Market, and switch the top tab to Virtual Assets to access the crypto channel.
Here, you can view the market overview and related information for crypto assets.

Tap any crypto you’re interested in to view it’s details page, featuring real-time quotes, trade ticks, and order book depth. 

2. How do I open an account for crypto trading?

Tap the Buy or Sell button at the bottom of the asset details page to access the trading screen.
If you haven't opened a virtual asset account yet, follow the prompts to submit an application.

Once your account is activated, fund it via deposit or internal transfer, and then you can begin buying and selling crypto just like trading stocks.

Due to regulatory requirements, only users outside Mainland China and Hong Kong permanent residents are eligible to open a virtual asset account and trade.

3. What crypto can I use for trading?

Currently, we support over 10 major crypto assets, including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, and more.

We are continuously expanding the list of tradable crypto assets.

4. What types of trades, orders, and trading hours are available to me?

We currently support the following:

  • Limit orders
  • Market orders

Orders default to good til canceled (GTC).

We support 24/7 trading, with no market closure. 

We currently don’t support margin trading and short selling, as a 100% margin is required.

5. What fees do I need to pay when trading crypto?

During the promotional period, all crypto trades are commission-free until further notice.

A platform fee of 0.08% × order amount applies, with a minimum fee of USD 1.99 or HKD 15 per order.

6. Can I directly deposit or withdraw cryptocurrencies?

Currently, we don’t support direct deposit or withdrawal of crypto. This feature is under development. Please stay tuned.

 7. What is the monthly management fee structure for the cryptocurrency account? 
 (Total Position Value * 0.003) / 365, charged monthly.
